How can I request late check-out?

Will I be charged for an early departure?
If your booking is prepaid, nonrefundable – the full stay will still be charged. All other reservations will be charged full amount including taxes and fees. Certain exceptions may apply.

Paramount Hotel is a pet-friendly hotel near Times Square. We welcome all pets at a rate of $75 (non-refundable) for your entire stay with us.

What is minimum age required to check in?
Minimum age required to check in is 18 with valid government issued ID.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies may vary from 72-hours prior to check-in on the date of arrival to fully non-refundable. Please check your reservation confirmation to verify the cancellation policy of your reservation. If you booked your reservation directly with the hotel, you may contact the Reservations Department to verify the cancellation policy. If you booked your reservation via a third party (e.g. Expedia, travel agent, housing bureau, etc.), we ask that you reach out to the third party directly to confirm the cancellation policy.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
Please refrain from smoking as this is a smoke-free New York hotel. If you want to go and have a smoke, please be good and go outside - otherwise the minimum fine is $250.
What happens if I damage the guest room?
You will be responsible for the FULL replacement cost of any item damaged in the guest room. Charges will be posted to your folio.
What is the facility fee included with my reservation?
The hotel charges a facilities fee of $35.00 USD plus tax, per room, per night, in addition to the room rate. The fee provides the following services:

TRANSPORTATION
Which is the closest subway station to the hotel?
49th Street Station is the closest station to the hotel, and it is located at 47th Street and Broadway. It provides access to the N/R/W trains. However, the hotel’s Times Square location means many stations are within walking distance. Access to the 1/2/3, B/D/F/M, A/C/E, S, and 7 subway lines are nearby as well.
What will it cost to hire a cab or town car from the airport to Paramount? Uber and Lfyt Service response times are usually just a few minutes

Does Paramount accept traveler’s checks as payment?
We DO NOT accept traveler’s checks.
How long until CREDIT/DEBIT authorizations are released?
While most credit cards issued by US based banks take 5-7 business days, it can also depend on the issuing bank’s policies. INTERNATIONAL debit and credit cards may take up to 30 days or more depending on the bank. To know exactly how long an authorization hold will remain on your account, you may call the customer service number on the back of your card and a representative will be able to explain their process.
Can we prepay for our reservation and what is the procedure?
We require the guest registering into the hotel to provide us with a government issued photo ID along with a valid credit or debit card at the time of check-in. If someone who will not be present at the hotel would like to pay for your reservation, they may contact us at ask.paramount@staygenerator.com to request a credit card authorization form.
To ensure the safety of your credit card information and to remain compliant with PCI regulations, emails containing completed forms will NOT be accepted.
AMENITIES
Does the hotel have a fitness center, pool, or spa?
Fitness Center: we have a range of free weights, cardio machines, a cable machine and Peloton bikes, so you should be able to work out all those muscles!
Pool: Unfortunately, we do not have a pool.
What parking options do you have for guests?
We offer discounted self-parking at the Biltmore Garage, located at 267 West 47th St (SP+ Location Number 51397), through our partnership with SP+ Parking. Please use this link to book your spot.
Does the hotel provide child cribs?
Yes, free of charge. Availability is limited
What if we have an unexpected guest; do you provide roll away beds?
We DO NOT provide roll away beds.
Can we get our clothes laundered or dry cleaned during our stay?
As of now, we don't have a guest laundry in place but our front desk crew will be more than happy to give out local recommendations.
Is there AC/Heat in rooms?
Absolutely! Each room has individual climate control.
Do the guest floors have ice machines?
An ice machine is located on the 4th Floor along with an unlimited supply of hot and cold unfiltered water.
MISCELLANEOUS
Does the hotel have a baggage holding area?
Absolutely! We’ll hold onto your bags if you arrive early and need to drop them off. Luggage storage before check-in is $2 per bag. After check-out, a fee of $3 per bag is applied. Past midnight, the fee is $10/night. All fees are payable by cash only to the bell attendants.
Does the hotel offer any rooms for the disabled?
The Paramount Hotel is wheelchair accessible. Our accessible rooms deliver Paramount’s wonderful amenities, tailored to our guests with special needs. These rooms are subject to availability.
